Google Adsense and Adwords killing the newspaper?

As I was surfing on the internet, I found this article on google news page about how Google Adsense and Google Adwords crushed the newspaper revenues and "utility". In a matter of fact, Google Adsense combined to Adwords has taken most of the advertisement money newspaper would generate. It is at the same time good for newspaper's companies since it is a fair market because newspapers are moving into the internet more and more since the last years and they are making plenty more money from Google ad programs.

A possible issue to come in the future would be that Adwords could eventually crush Tv advertising and it has been proven to be already happening since sales are in decline as many companies are changing their budget to develop their ad programs heavily on the internet then on the television.

It would mean that Google Adsense and Google Adwords would control the whole advertisement "universe", but would it also mean that there would be no more ads on tv? Hopefully, but for me it is not a big deal since I don't even watch television.

This is the google adsense heat map for ads that Google made on their Adsense Support website, it shows you how to correctly place your ads to get maximum earnings. Actually it is simple, place ads where the visitors will be. By placing ads on the top and the left of your contents maximize your earnings, it's as simple as that!

For blogs, it's almost the same thing, except that it doesn't take the same form, contents are placed in one single place, as you can see on the heat map, at the left. Placing an ad between each post is a very good way to optimize your earnings because when users are finished reading the post, they take a little pause and their eyes stays on your ad. Since your ads are about the same subject than your blog one, they will surely be interested on learning more about it and your ad would get more CTR by doing this strategy. Placing a Vertical banner on the sidebar is also a great way to optimize your CTR.

Forums are a great way to get your website known around the web, look for a very good well established forum with a lot of members and start chatting around with people. You can put a link to your website in your signature or share it with other users, but don't spam the forum because it is very stupid and won't even give any popularity to your website since you're a spammer!

Youtube

Using youtube is another smart way to popularize your website on the internet, make a video about whatever you like and put a link into the description. A video with keywords that you know people will be looking for daily like artist names, money subject, everybody on the net is looking to make money right? You could create an interesting video in relation with your website so the people passing by will maybe get interested in more and will look forward to your website. Traffic is the key to success, it is what every webmaster is looking for, even me, because it is what makes their website, a successful website.

Blogs are more likely like , I write an article and people leave comments, there's not much of contents on them but having one is good for earning more money. I'd suggest you to create a blog first to familiarize with adsense but you won't be really using Html coding with one. First, you have to create a Google Account , it's not necessary but I suggest to because at the end of the subscription they ask you if you have a google account or not to create one so it is the same thing sooner or later. Then you can go sign up to Google Adsense and when this is done, you can access your account, and start placing ads on your website!

Google Adsense is one of Google's advertising programs. The other most known Google advertising program is Adwords that is where the ads come from for the Adsense program. Adwords users pay money to run the ads so they can generate money for themselves by sending people to their websites.

The website owners known as publishers, like you and me, can sign up with Google Adsense free of cost and get to place these ads on their websites. When an ad is clicked on, Google pay the publisher and gets his part of what the Adwords advertiser is paying to run the ad.

Okay, you have your website, your domain name, your host and a Ftp program to manage your website files. Now you wanna know where's the money! You have successfully created your Google Adsense account and you're ready to place ads on your website. I also have something else to say, don't think you'll be making hundreds of dollars everyday on the first month, it takes a lot of Hard Works and Efforts to make that much, but don't worry giving everything you got and spending some time on your website, will get you that little smile on your face. As I was saying in my other article, to get online, you have to get a domain name and a hosting plan. After having all that setted up, you will be online! Now, you wanna know how to modify your website files and upload them onto the host server you payed for. There is an easy free tool that I am also using that is called, FileZilla, It is a very good FTP program, by the way ftp means , file transfer protocol, so you understand now what Ftp means.

Now before getting money, you gotta Get Online and after it's the prefered part of anyone, getting money out of its website. The best and most known way is to subscribe to programs like Google Adsense that let you place ads on your website and get money out of them.

Ok now you want to get a domain name, a good and known one is Go Daddy another one that I'm willing to subscribe to is Host Gator since they got nice domain and host fares. I would tell you to go for Host Gator since their prices are actually better than Go Daddy but look for yourself what is better for you.

Finding A Host

Here's the part where you wanna know where you are going to put your website files, actually it won't be hard to find because Host Gator offers very good hosting plans with alot of spaces for cheap prices. The thing that I like about website palace is that more year you subscribe your domain name to, the price gets cheaper. Id suggest you to first get a free domain name and a free host to start with your website to atleast know if it is going to be good and interesting for the visitor.

So you wanna know how to start? To make a website you should ask you some simple question, what am I going to talk about? Do I like this subject, can I write alot about it? Will my visitor be interested in staying on my website and keep on coming back again? The kind of question that would make your website an interesting and informative WEBSITE if you know what I mean.

Find a topic that you could get alot of contents about it, then find a domain name and after that a host.There are free domain names and hosts but they are not the best because if you really want to make a nice website, free domain will add to the URL something like uuuq before the .com like mine but I'm waiting on getting more content and visitors to see if it works and then pay for a domain name and a host. Free hosts will give you like limited space and download bandwith, it can be good depending on what you want to do with your website.

The first thing you have to do is find a topic that you could write alot of pages and get alot of contents about it. A subject that would give you the will to continue updating your website. Learning to code in Html that is very easy would be very good to start or you could use some web designing programs like Dreamweaver preferably because it has more functionnality than any other and it is actually better than coding with notepad because you can actually see what your doing.

Back like Cooked Crack

Well it has been almost 2 years since the last time I wrote a post on this blog, I'm thinking about uploading a new and much more better version of "Creating a Google Adsense account", which would be in 720p HD. I guess it is a pretty useless video but I just got Camtasia Studio back on my computer and wish to refresh my mind on how it works.

Ever heard of those guys that are making millions on the internet? Ever wondered if their medicine is real or just a scam?

The first name that comes to my head when I think about that is Joel Comm. Could he be able to make millions from a ppc (pay-per click) program such as adsense? He wrote 4 ebooks about it, it's the same thing in each of them but it is still interesting. You may have heard of them, "The Google Adsense Secrets" ebooks, The "Adsense Code" with the cover making reference to the "DaVinci Code" book.

It always comes to the same start, you have to find a niche! And for the people who doesn't know what a "niche" is, you just have to go on the website and everything is well explained.

Who knows? You may be the next internet guru, the only thing is to never give up folks.
